North Korea's Economy Is an Command Economy ?
North Korea is one of the worlds all out planned country in the world. Being a communist state the government has all the control of all productions and investments in the country. Its quite hard to tell their economic structure due to their government. North Korea has a very high leadership and high military.
Military is one of North Korea's concentrations in their country.The governments investments and resources goes into the military causing draw backs in production. Money that should be helping fixing the drop in the economy is instead invested into the military. North Korea wants a strong defense but meanwhile production has been getting lower for the past 4 years.[4] North Korea's growth rate falls annualy by 0.5 percent. http://www.heritage.org/index/country/northkorea. Nucleur weapons are being made to keep a strong force against the south. North Korea's military has help only to promote peace in the whole peninsula and ensure disipline over the country to follow all government regulations.
Agriculture In North Korea is mostly during the time stagnite. Their main cash crops are maize, soyabeen, and rice. In the past between the years of 1995 and 2000, North Korea suffered many famines due to monsoon seasons. The downpours caused many land errosions making it unfit for plant growth.[2] This later caused many people to go hungry and ration food for consumtion. People later started landing in hospitals ill due to malnutrition , and dying.[2]The government had every citizens gets $1 put into their healthcare annualy during the time. North Korea's healthcare wasn't the best putting worth an americain $1 into healthcare.

Manufacturing and Industrilial mining are the productions keeping North Korea from falling drasticaly. North Korea's mine are filled with lots of mineral deposits.Iron, lead, manganeese, gold, pyrite and zinc are the main resources mined.
